What this covers

These terms cover text messages sent by OLDsch AI from +1 949-998-2929 to clients who have agreed to receive them.

Who receives messages

Messages are sent only to people who have agreed to receive them, in conversation with Derrick. Each client has a personal account, and messages go only to that client. We do not send messages to anyone who has not agreed, and we never send marketing, advertising, or bulk messages.

What you receive, and how often

• The information and reminders you asked for, on the rhythm you chose — daily, weekly, monthly, or a mix.
• Frequency varies by the rhythm you chose and what you asked for. A daily client typically receives one message a day; a weekly or monthly client receives fewer.
• You may also receive a short confirmation or follow-up message if you reply.

How to stop — opt out

To stop messages at any time, reply STOP to any text message. No further messages will be sent to you after that. You can also ask to stop by email at [email protected]. Stopping is free and immediate.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. OLDsch AI does not charge you for receiving a text message; your carrier may.

Changes

If these terms change, the updated terms will be posted here with a new date. Clients will be told of any change that affects them before it takes effect.
